If you utilized the Rally Service Request forum and received confirmation that your service item(s) was/were approved, then Heartland Customer Service will be planning to perform that service during "Rally Week" (June 10-14).

The Parking Team will do their best to keep the Service Team updated as Rally Attendees arrive to the Fairgrounds.

If you would feel more comfortable dropping by the Service Desk to let them know you are here or to confirm your Service Ticket, feel free to do so.

The Service Desk will be open daily (Rally Week only) from 8 am through about 4 pm.  The Service Desk is located on the Basket Ball Court in the NW Camping Section.  Look for an EZ-Up tent near the large Heartland Service trailer.

If you missed the Rally Service Request process or didn't have any issues to submit but you do now, as soon as possible, go to the Service Desk to see if they can fit you in and have required parts.

In all cases (pre-requested or requested on-site), best efforts will be made to service Rally Attendees but we cannot guarantee everyone will be serviced.
